Good morning, little one. It is I, Aton, The One Light. I am the ONENESS which connects all life together to make up The Whole. Be at peace and be still.

You who play in the physical arena are in the times prophesied by many an en-Light-ened wayshower from times past. This is not a time to be feared, but rather, a time to look forward to, with the anticipation and eagerness of a small child awaiting Christmas morning.

There shall be the apparent atrocities along the way, such as you ones just witnessed in the Persian Gulf area of your world. The actions taken by the “global community” could be easily viewed as a grown adult male beating on a small child, in terms of physical might. There is no true community spirit in what your global “elite” controllers have planned for you.

Your world is controlled by less than 2% of your population, and the majority of you still continue to fall for the same old tricks that the Darkened ones have been playing for thousands of years. These ones are like the stage magician who dazzles you with distraction while setting up the next sleight of hand. Impeachment, war, stock market fluctuations, weather catastrophes and such are all part of the dazzle to keep you from seeing the truth at hand of your enslavement.

There are MANY who hold such accurate, experiential, first-hand knowledge, who are afraid to step forward out of fear of possible repercussions. Then there are the ones, such as Mr. Bob Lazar, who do not hesitate to step forward and tell ALL that they know.

He is a physicist who claims to have worked at secret government/military installations on the reverse engineering of captured alien spacecraft for terrestrial use. What has your “mighty” government done to hurt Bob Lazar? What can they do within reason? If they prosecute him, then they are admitting to the world that what this man says is TRUTH! If they kill him, they make him a martyr and really get people looking at his information.

Do you see? The ones who put aside their fears, and follow their heart, which knows the value of the information they hold and how ALL of humanity can greatly benefit from the “secret” information, are walking within the Protective Light of My Will.

Great gifts have been given to your world in many forms—from spiritual insights to advanced technologies that would enable your species to clean-up the environmental messes you are making and feed your starving world. These gifts have been, for the most part, confiscated, hidden, and exploited by your Dark “elite” controllers in their petty games of manipulation, deceit, and insane ego-bolstering.

YOU WHO REMAIN QUIET ABOUT YOUR SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE DO NO SERVICE FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS, FOR YOUR WORLD IS ON THE BRINK OF MASSIVE PHYSICAL CHANGE, AND THESE TECHNOLOGIES WILL BE USED AGAINST THE VERY PEOPLE WHOM YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE PROTECTING.

HOW WILL YOU FEEL ABOUT THE DECISIONS FOR SILENCE YOU HAVE MADE, IN FEAR, WHEN THE RESULTS OF THOSE CHOICES MOST CERTAINLY CIRCLE BACK TO IMPACT NEGATIVELY UPON YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN SOME VERY BIG WAYS?

Take a step forward and tell your “secret” stories! And pay attention to avenues such as this publication, the one called NEXUS, and the late-night radio talk-show Coast To Coast AM, for therein are some of many possible valid avenues for broadcasting such information. When more and more step forward and shed Light upon the “secret” technologies, there will result a “safety in numbers” and an exponential increase in the probability of survival of your planetary species.

Do this out of the Inner Knowing that it is the right thing to do, and you will be well protected. It is MY promise!

Do it for the greed of money and ego gratification, and you will, by your own hand, be putting yourself in a very compromised situation.

The “right” reason will resonate to the core of your being and thus tap great reservoirs of My Power. Your frequency will thus increase into a range where those who would intend you harm would simply not be able to co-exist for long within your physical space. This is the protective shielding of My Light at work!

This is as much a part of true physics as are the extra-terrestrial craft, which your governments have possession of, that use thought projections from an individual to directly interact with and operate the craft.

So, what are these “thought projections”? Your thoughts are as tangible as is the fruit which grows on trees or the air you breathe. They are electromagnetic, bipolar, pulse-wave emanations. They can become quite visible in what you ones call etheric space (what some call hyperspace).

Your thoughts are capable of interacting with the physical environment in very direct and noticeable manners. Just the act of observing (focusing attention upon) a situation both adds energy to it and thus modifies what you are observing.

[Editor’s Note: From a more limited perspective than what is being addressed above, quantum physics has long recognized a principle which recognizes a rudimentary version of this interactive phenomenon, called the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. Interested readers should consult a good scientific dictionary or physics textbook for more information about its fascinating implications.

When expanded to include “non-physical” energies, this unavoidable interaction process is key to such fundamental mind-over-matter phenomena as psychokinesis and levitation. For selfish reasons of control over the masses, the Dark “elite” crooks have expended great efforts of propaganda to convince you that such phenomena do not exist. Many heavily credentialed (and well paid) prostitute-puppets of the Dark Forces are more than happy to tell you things which serve to keep you asleep to your true potential as a Lighted being. However, it will be increasingly difficult to keep a lid on such truths as time marches forward because, as Commander Soltec commented in his 12/12/98 Message, more and more scientists are observing mind-over-matter phenomena in modern, ultra-sensitive experiments—whether they like it or not!]

You project (usually in a passive, scattered manner) your consciousness into whatever your thoughts are focused upon from moment to moment. These thoughts and ideas usually will cause an emotional response within you, proportional to the emotional charge associated with the thought. For many, the idea of watching two puppies playing will give a sensation of amusement and bring a smile to your face. Likewise, the thought of cattle in a slaughterhouse will usually sir-up emotional sensations closer to sadness or outrage or even physical nausea for some.

When you are thinking thoughts which resonate with the core (non-physical) essence of your being—that is, with your Higher Self—you are literally unstoppable! By contrast, when you dwell on those thoughts which cause you great inner frustration or turmoil, thus lowering your frequency, you will head down a path of diminishing returns. And if such thoughts become a habit, you will begin to diminish in both physical strength and mental clarity.

At this point I wish to address a related matter which is an aside to the main discussion of this Writing. This matter has to do with those who have a Higher Purpose at this time as public receivers. The greatest problem we have with our public receivers at this time is in the form of distraction. Many of you ones place great faith in these ones to bring forth My Messages in an accurate and uncompromised manner. These ones intrinsically know the level of responsibility it takes in order to insure an accurate Message be penned.

These ones also know that they are not perfect, despite what many of you want to believe or place upon their shoulders. Just because a receiver is accurate today, does not necessarily mean they will be accurate tomorrow or at all times. Inner emotional turmoil is that which most frequently gets in the way of clear receiving, and can cause sometimes quite extreme “coloration” of a message we wish to transmit.

NEVER BLINDLY ACCEPT ANY RECEIVED INFORMATION WITHOUT QUESTION!

When some (the most conscientious) public receivers perceive that they have made a mistake, whether they actually have or not, they will often withdraw from the responsible task of writing. Others, from a position of ego gratification, will deny their fallibility and begin to compound their error. Both of these will result in a lowered frequency state—one from withdrawal from (avoidance of) Higher Purpose, the other from compounding error with more error. This is where the Adversary jumps in and begins to push all of the “buttons” he can, while he can.

My current receiver wishes to withdraw from this sort of work, for this one feels a tremendous pressure associated with bringing through as accurate a message as possible—so much so that this one feels it is easier to simply avoid the task. So, on behalf of all My scribes, everywhere (of which there are MANY), please read every word of such Messages with a questioning and reasoning mind. Know that the ones who sit and write are NOT any different from you in terms of wanting answers—and having questions, doubts, fears, and inner turmoil. And most of all, they make mistakes and are NOT perfect!

All of you must discern every word you hear or read if you are to objectively find your own way. You should all be moving toward weaning yourselves from relying solely upon the words of another, and becoming more aware of your own Inner Connection.

Any excuse you offer has been used, till threadbare, by every one of My scribes, and will do nothing except slow you down and get in your way.

Many of you are looking for answers to such questions as: “When will all of this great change take place?”

The answer is: You are in it—NOW!

Cycles of change begin first on non-physical (mental) planes of experience. Then this higher-dimensional energy filters down and begins to manifest in the physical consciousness associated with the planetary consciousness as a whole (which is connected to the Universal Consciousness of all sentient life-forms everywhere).

The emotional frequencies associated with your individual thoughts summon forth nonphysical energies which synchronize with the vibrational frequencies of these emotions. (Keep in mind that the universal language is EMOTION.) These energies are then focused through the mind-brain interface at levels both within and beyond the consciousness of the average person on your planet at this time.

These energies then begin to interact in very orchestrated manners so as to, for example, bring people together at the “right” time so that there can be the fulfillment of an overall desire. What you ones often call “coincidences” and “good luck” (or “bad luck”) are some of the recognized ways in which these energies operate.

There are an infinite number of variables in the equation which impact and affect the final physical “drama” from moment to moment. The orchestration of this drama is of a nature so as to keep the planetary consciousness heading in a general direction of purposeful growth.

You will always have ones who seem to be operating outside such orchestration, for the general drama-equation allows for a “long shot” to “play through”. It is for this reason that exact times and dates are neither practical nor reasonable.

Just the act of stating such a date introduces a variable that changes the equation. This is why My messengers suggest that you look at sequences of events, rather than at the clock or the calendar.

When you see a great force rise up against your United Nations, and tear it down, you will know the ENDING of the so-called “Tribulation” is near. YOU ARE IN IT NOW! So don’t ask Me when it will start.

Look to whatever prophecies you care to place your beliefs in, and re-read them with discernment and what little knowledge you have concerning “super-secret” technologies, such as holographic projection, genetic engineering, electromagnetic propulsion craft (UFOs), and electromagnetic mind-control. Then formulate your OWN personal meaning about what you are reading.

Perhaps the answers you are looking for are right there in front of you, awaiting you to take notice. This cycle in which you are now experiencing is one of cleansing—a purification of sorts. Your planet is entering a high-frequency region wherein the inhabitants will need to match and maintain at least a minimum vibrational state (emotional and mental) that is quite high by your current standards.

Along with this increased frequency will come a greater mental and emotional clarity. Ones will be able to literally observe when someone is in a lower-frequency state. Someone who is intentionally trying to deceive another, such as through lying or cheating, will stand out as a flashing red (warning) light to those they are trying to manipulate.

This will be an Age of Peace and an Age of Truth. The process of cleansing is perhaps the single most liberating experience one can have while in the physical. The negativity will literally be burned out of those of you who persist through these times. Your innate will to survive will be what guides you and allows you to make the necessary internal adjustments to the ever increasing frequency shifts.

Those who will not allow for the release of the negativity will simply transition (die) as the physical body is consumed with harsh emotional energy surges from within. It will be as if they are burned out from within.

There is great wisdom in heeding the many helpful Messages sent your way at this time. Monitor closely your thoughts and subsequent emotions, and how it is you are flowing your energy from moment to moment. Developing this awareness now will greatly aid you in the coming years as things “heat-up” (increase in vibrational frequency).

The rewards will be great for those who persist through the challenges ahead. The proper mental and emotional attitude will insure a successful journey.

Be at peace and go within for your own clarification of this Message. Many of you would greatly help your understanding if you were to get out a dictionary or technical reference and explore further the terms “frequency” and “vibration”. The entirety of the physical universe can be described in these terms.

All matter vibrates, and thus has a frequency (rate of vibration) associated with it. The physical is a reflection (and a subset) of the non-physical universes. And guess what? The non-physical universes are also made up of energies which vibrate and pulse. These are clues for you, to help you to make inner conscious connections about the true Source and Nature of Energy, Thought, and Soul Essence.

How to make the Holy Anointing Oil - by Reverend Tom Brown:

This is the recipe I have used. It is not exactly the same recipe that is listed in Exodus, it has only one ounce of marijuana instead of fifteen ounces. However, this recipe has been used on human beings and used with prayer, worked to relieve pain. I have used this on a man suffering from Aids, another man with severe upper back pain from a pinched nerve, on a woman with severe lower back pain associated with her monthlys, on a man suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and on myself for various pains and abrasions.

1 pint Organic Sesame Seed oil

1 pint Organic Olive Oil

.06 oz Cinnamon bark oil (Cassia) (1 eighth of a .5 oz bottle)

.06 oz Cinnamon leaf oil (1 eighth of a .5 oz bottle)

1 oz of Myrrh Gum

1 oz of Marijuana

This produces an oil that is much less powerful then the original recipe as 2 pints of oil, or one quart of oil, in the original recipe would have 15 ounces of marijuana flowers, not the 1 ounce I have used. All these ingredients except for the marijuana are available at the local health food store here in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

You need a cooking pot and a Pyrex 4 cup measuring cup. Use a cooking pot with a liner/separator so that the container you cook the oil in is lifted off the bottom of the cooking pot. You need a candy thermometer that will clip onto the side of the pot. You need enough Canola oil to use as the heat transfer medium in the cooking pot.

• Place the pint of Sesame Seed oil in the container with the shredded Marijuana and the Myrrh Gum.
• Place the jar into the cooking pot, on top of the liner/separator.
• Place the Canola oil into the cooking pot up to within 3 inches of the top of the pot – or to the same level of the Sesame Seed oil in the jar – whichever is less.
• Wrap Aluminum foil around the cooking pot lip and crumple it so that the space between the cooking pot and the jar is covered with the foil. This helps cut down on oil fumes and reduces fire hazard from the hot oil. Use an electric stove or hotplate – never use any kind of open flame for this cooking.
• Place the candy thermometer thru the foil and clip it onto the side of the cooking pot so that the sensing tip is immersed in the Canola oil. The Canola oil transfers heat from the stove to the jar at higher temperatures then boiling water at 212 degrees. You want to cook the oil for one hour at 300 degrees. This extracts the active ingredients from the Marijuana and dissolves the Myrrh gum into the oil.
• Remove from the heat and allow it to cool. The glass container is very fragile; do not mess with it until it cools to skin temperature or it will break and you will lose that lot of oil.
• Strain the oil / herb mixture thru a cloth and discard the solids.
• Add the Olive oil, Cinnamon Bark (Cassia) oil and the Cinnamon leaf oil to the cooked Anointing Oil and bottle. Store the Anointing Oil in the refrigerator in a dark colored bottle. Decant into smaller jars for use.  (Source)

Oh, beloved, precious heart of God, your existence is a miracle. You are a glorious stream of Love. Each moment is expressing your glory.

That you are here to love this world, dear ones, goes without saying, and yet I come today to speak to you urgently about the need to deeply love everything, and to deeply recognize that what your eyes see is what your heart is meant to love. Every appearance of Love’s absence, of not-Love, of Love’s antithesis in your life, in your world and in your consciousness is ready to be transformed – transformed by the heart of Love.

Because this world is shifting so quickly, everything is ready to experience its freedom. Every misperception of this limitless God energy that is the world, that is your life, and that is your experiences comes before your heart as a living prayer for transformation.

Love, dear ones, is so powerful that its very presence sets the world to shimmering. The power of your heart is a universe waiting to embrace the possibilities of the truth of God as only Love that appears before you daily. With any touch of your open hearts, that which has been held in bondage is freed, released, restored to the Light – not increment by increment – but with the force of grace and the astounding power of Love.

So every part of the world’s drama is now a prayer for your intercession, that, standing as the heart of Love, you allow Love’s embrace to include everything, everything that your mind sees, thinks and experiences as your world.

There are many prayers that rise to Me in fear, in concern that the world is changing in ways that are unpredictable, as the Light brings forth the transformation of all that has been denied this Love.

So I Am asking of you the greatest service. This service is to take into your heart everything that your mind sees, but most especially, those things to which you have resistance and all that you hold in judgment – and to allow this Love, beloved ones, to restore the purpose and power of God and to restore your hearts to their complete functioning as the presence, dear ones, of a miracle of Love – the glory of Creation and our magnificent relationship.

You are here as this perfect Love. You also are held in this sweet communion as the expression of Love that Creation is, the open heart in outreach. Now your time is here.

Many of you seek your purpose and ask how you are meant to serve. When you feel your heart awakening, then simply observe what your eyes see, what your mind thinks and what you experience. If there is even an increment of other-than-Love within it, it is a call, dear ones, to your heart, that each of you might restore the presence of God and the miracle of Love on Earth.

It is so simple and so profound, and you are going to discover that it is easy for the whole of the Heavenly realms are gathered here to assist in this powerful time of awakening. Thus, every day your work is now clear. The beliefs that you’ve held about your experiences, especially of being a victim to the world outside of yourself – whether that be people or circumstances – these are a call to Love. They are your awakening purpose.

They are My request to fulfill your agreements to love the world free, to walk back every stream of darkness and all beliefs in other than Love by giving your hearts to Me daily, moment-to-moment, until you fully remember that All That I Am you are and that Love is the only power and the only truth.

And so, dear ones, in this time of change, Love opens the world like a heart awakening, cracks open each dream of anything separate from Love, that those who remember may step up, be active, and play the part agreed upon in the restoration of the truth of Love as the truth, the center of all Creation that lives in everything.

Dear ones, your hearts remember and they resonate with this truth in everything. The heart sees no barriers. It doesn’t buy the story. It sees only Love begging for recognition, and that recognition is the key. It is the restoration that you are seeking. It is the return of Love into its full expression as Paradise, as a pure Creation of perfect Love expressed.

So, every belief in darkness, in pain, in separation from perfect good, in lack, distance, in limitation – all of it is yours to love. I promise you that you have your assignment — that what is in your life, what has been your experience and what your eyes see, what your mind experiences – everything that comes into your sphere of influence, it is yours to love free and to do so in pure and genuine dedication to the awakening of God within you and within all things.

Everyone has a story and believe it or not, your story is perfect for what you have agreed to do, what you bring back to Love, what you open to Me that the great healing balm of Love may restore the full recognition that God is free and each of you is God.

In this Love shall the stories of bondage cease, bondage to whatever dream of separation is occurring, be it lack, disease, starvation or succumbing to outer forces or circumstances in the world. The heart of Love is all power, and Love is the highest vibration.

So I promise you, beloved of God, that when you are holding Love in your heart, then you become the entraining power, the force of Love’s magnetic resonance. In response, the world will shift. Your personal experience becomes one of beauty, of the fulfillment of your heart’s request and the riches of the endless truth and presence of Love.

Because your hearts are so powerful, you have been given much to love. You have been offering to Me your every step, your every experience as a human being, that now, in this time when Love washes the world, here to reclaim each precious life, you are ready to stand in this flow, in this grace, and allow your heart its presence and resonance to be Love’s reclamation, not only of your personal experience, but by the Law of Resonance, every such experience of every human being.

And so you can see, can sense, can feel just how quickly your hearts in service can be Love’s presence, reclaiming the world, especially with the amplification of all the Beings of Light and Love who serve this glorious awakening.

Allow your hearts to show you this life. If you see before you memories of experience or the unfolding in your life of anything less than perfect, you can rest assured that Love brings it to you now, that you might take it into your heart and love it free.

Many of you may find that things long believed put to rest are coming before you now for this final act of Love. This, then, is My request – that you passionately make your dedication to Me to being this presence of Love, the open heart of God, and use your heart to greatest effect for the freedom of the world and the ending of duality.

As your hearts are acknowledged and put to use, then each of you is going to discover that you participate in a daily communion of such life and such stunning beauty that you will recognize deep within you that you are supported in this work endlessly. You can call on the Beings that you love and I Am ever with you, lifting you into the truth of God and giving you the higher view.

From this place of peace and power, you will love the world to freedom, for you remember, of course, the wonderful adage given to you by a great Master who lived on Earth as a unique expression of the creative power of Love. That man, that Master, said to you, then, and continues to say now and support you in remembering: “You cannot solve a problem on the level of the problem.” And so, it requires your allowing My presence to ignite in you your full awareness of who you are, of your vast consciousness and your perfect heart of Love.

From this perspective, standing in the power of Love, you can see the avenues opening before you for Love to bring back to perfection all that has believed itself separate. From the view of the heart, the world opens and calls to you. Each precious heart is revealed as the flower of Creation and every stream of life shines forth in its purity, and you can see with perfect clarity the overlay of the ego dream and take it into your heart and love it free.

With your hand in Mine, as a metaphor of our communion; with your life alive to the Moment of Creation; with the flame of your heart ignited and burning as the two forces of Love awaken your consciousness – then every step that you take is a step of loving service. Every thought becomes something for your heart to love, and every picture of your life as you danced in the world of duality, is a direct connection to the hearts of humanity to make your Love even more powerful through the Law of Resonance and your dedication through service.

Is there something in your life, beloved of God, that you have yet to be able to love fully? Is it a memory or a circumstance or something about yourself? Then this is your perfect doorway, through the practice of the loving heart in service to the freedom that only Love can bring.

So practice, dear ones, diligently, opening first your heart to Me until you feel the resonance of Love, until you feel the upliftment of this loving communion, until you feel yourself expand. Then take it into your heart and love it.

Even a moment will do. Five minutes is even better. But the power of Love is instantaneous and the Law of Resonance infallible. Once you’ve established this practice and you are able to hold our communion, to feel this vibration of God I Am speaking itself forth as you, you will begin to delight in the seeing of all that is waiting for Love. You will begin to look forward to what comes into your view as a manifestation of duality and your call to service now in this moment.

Moment-to-moment, see what arises and know that you are fully committed, engaged in the service of the awakening of Love within everything that comes before you or rises up as memories to be brought to the pinnacle that Real life is and restored to freedom.

Every electron of energy is a conscious being, and every one of them calls out for freedom. If they’ve been serving the out-picturing of duality, just like you they serve in Love and have held the out-picturing perfectly. Contact with your heart brings such an explosion of joy and release and freedom that they instantly will come into your service as messengers of the Light, carriers of Love’s perfection – ready to touch each heart, ready to open for you the deep holographic communion with all life in the world.

You will stand in Love in memory of your truth, fully ready to accept your true power. You live in a world right now that is, in truth, the out-picturing of God. It is only the overlay of the ego dream that keeps you from experiencing Heaven, Paradise, perfection, abundance, ecstasy and joy — every moment with every breath, exalting life in a song of gratitude.

And so your working heart, in service to Love daily and hourly, will restore for you the vision of what is within — every picture of world containing both Love and something else. As you feel this Love, your communion with all life becomes part of your moment continually, and the support of the realms of perfect Love, the streams of perfect expression of this energy that are the Angels, that are the Beings who have held the Light and yet do, continually — it all becomes part of your world, availing you of the support, of the vibration of perfect Love where you allow your heart to be in service to the world’s restoration to Love.

What this means is shifting out of the personal, lifting up to a higher vision, accepting the view of your heart — rather than the discussions of ego, rather than what you see on the news eliciting an egoic response. When you are held in the resonance of Love, lifted to a grander view, you will see it as a call to being your truth, the heart of God in outreach and your experience of all of these things will be very, very different.

While I Am using a future tense in speaking of these things with you, it is in this Now Moment that the shift to the heart becomes Real to you and your service to Love is performed.

As long as you make the choice to be the heart that restores only one power and that is Love, Love restores the expression of unity, all beings as one communion. This conversation, this conversion of the world is happening already, for your heart is fully in service to Me…

It is now the time to engage in bringing every part of your being, of your energy into alignment with the purpose of God, of Love. That is why you are here, beloved. Each of you is ready and waiting to accept the moment-to-moment request for the fulfillment of the purpose of Love that you are.

So, yes, this is a time of tremendous change, and each of you will have your hearts full (rather than your hands!)… Just know that you are fully prepared. You are capable and you’ve made the commitment. It is just allowing your heart’s field to love your own ego overlay, to lift to a higher view and to tell Me that you are ready, willing and available, and we begin the tender outreach of Love and the awakening of the full truth that Love is already present and easily restored.

This, too, I want you to know – that as the world is opened by the infusion of Love and more is revealed that is waiting for Love, so, also, is Love’s power fully restored, and the transformation of the images of duality more and more and more effortless.

Holding in your hearts what I bring before you now becomes your true fulfillment. You will live in amazement as you feel within the magic of Love’s powerful restoration of the truth that only Love is Real.

Thank you for being where you are, for being available and ready. Know that I Am here. I Am with you in the miracle of our relationship, and I Am the mystical breath in which you live and breathe and celebrate this communion. I Am also the outreach of Love that brings the world to Wholeness through your blessed hearts and your presence in the world.

You are My prayer of gratitude as well as My celebration of life. Every moment you are the wholeness of Love and you are the gift of My awakening into the conscious experience of Myself and all of Love’s possibilities. INTRODUCTION

I am grateful for the “updated” more comprehensive schematic of the Conspiracy Rule of the World.  I ask that it be placed in the appendix of this JOURNAL and in the upcoming LIBERATOR, appropriately labeled.  [See next page.]  These visual aids are effective and allow the mind to comprehend the magnitude of God and Creation’s adversarial “teams”.  However, since you are going to read a volume herein that features Henry Kissinger, I suggest you not be either surprised nor annoyed to find it difficult to even find his name on the document in point.

You will have to realize at the ending of the puzzle coalition that he must come basically from the side of the diagram representing the House of Rothschild which includes the Marxian-Socialism, KGB/Mossad, etc.  The reason you can calculate this much is that Kissinger was instrumental in the “take-out” of the Rockefeller brothers and each replacement where appropriate as in the case of David, now running around seemingly in original format.  “The bunch”, including Kissinger, simply killed Nelson because they needed him out of the picture permanently.  Kissinger then gave a grief-stricken eulogy, took off immediately for a European trip and himself was “taken-out” on the journey back to the U.S.  He was missing over a period of months while it was claimed he and Nancy, his bride, were “vacationing”.  Actually a new Kissinger was being readied and programmed, for the demise was not timely and there “had to be” a Henry Kissinger to continue and finalize activities.  The organizations are so intertwined that it is difficult to account for the players.  But there are clues.  At any rate, they all come out of The Luciferians and are ALL totally humanistically physically oriented toward RULE OVER ALL PHYSICAL PROPERTY AND MANIFESTED HUMAN PHYSICAL.

We will speak again on these subjects but we did not have space to cover it all in this volume.

I have chosen the title, SEX AND THE LOTTERY, for one reason–ATTENTION!  In this day of incredible lies and corruption–everything from sex to survival is simply like the lottery–”you takes your chances” for it is intended you become dead of disease through sexual experience in looseness, and/or enslaved to later serve the puppet masters’ physical needs.  It will be through misuse of “sex” in activities, concept and practice which will bring you to your knees in destruction of self-respect and actual destruction of foundation upon which you structure your very lives.

The next portion I write as much for Dharma as for any of you other readers.

It is a lonely task here to write that which most of the world wants NOT to hear and see.  But THERE ARE OTHERS who receive and share Truth in a different thrust–a different presentation.

Beloved Child, we are entering a very difficult phase within the affairs of men, when confusion abounds.  Those decisions which you would normally leave to common sense will no longer be seated with the element of common sense.  That to which you would normally apply human reason will no longer work according to the principles of reason.  Little ones, the Antichrist plan does not work according to reason.

The lot of you will soon be left with your hands upon your hips, wondering how such destructive things could have happened to you.

Remember that the evil Antichrist is wise as the fox, and while you have been comfortably sleeping, you have been robbed of your chickens and your chicken coop.  The next plan is to rob you of your bodies physical and/or your very souls.  The plan of the Antichrist is to hunt every single Christian into extinction and to remove you from the face of the Earth.

This plan is already in action.  You will see more and more cases just like the Randy Weaver case and you will be able to do nothing, lest you be made an example.  So, does this defy common sense?  Well, there is nothing rational about the Antichrist plan.  The total plan is to destroy.  It is a plan of confusion.

You made an astute observation as you put together the pieces of that which you have read.  The battle of Armageddon is, indeed, the Plan of the Antichrist.  If you have fallen for this plan (and have accepted the destruction of man of God), then you have been mistaken.  God has given to each of you a free will to act according to the teachings of God or to act according to the teachings of the Antichrist, Satan.  The teachings (Laws of God) lead to wholeness, completeness.  The teachings of Satan lead to confusion and destruction.

The plan of Satan would have the lot of you to lay down and do nothing while the fox eats every last one of you alive.  This Antichrist plan would have the lot of you believe that you have no free will, and that you can not deter one whit the advances of Satan.  Little Ones, you have missed the whole point….the point being that you have the power to arrest the evil of the Antichrist machine in its tracks if you would but use your free will to follow the commandments of The Father God, Creator.

The plan of God is freedom and is positive and creative.  Do you not believe that your founding Fathers were inspired of God to fight the revolution for your country?  Well, of course they were inspired of God.  It is the will of God that you all be FREE, that you all have a free will.

Now, it is the intent of the Antichrist to take away your free will.  Does this sound like it is of God?  A plan to take away your free will?  I say not.  You have all read the destructive plan of Satan in your Book of Revelation in the Bible.  Does this plan tell you that you are to rise up and educate one another and to come back to the teachings of God?  Does it say therein that in these times God would flood the Earth with messengers in all parts of the globe?  Does it say therein that these messengers would come forth in great numbers that you, the masses, might be informed as you lie in the dark at the hands of evil men and under the foot of the Antichrist?  Does it say within the book of Revelation that God would open up the windows of heaven and pour out His blessings on the country of the United States of America if you would forsake your idolatry, your gross fornication and various perversions of the flesh?  Does it say within the book of Revelation that if you would all humble yourselves unto the teachings of God, that you would be saved from the plan of Satan, which is destruction?  A great number of you who have read the final book of the Bible all feel that you are left with no other recourse…that you all must lose your rights and be subject to numerous wars, plaques and such.

Blessed Children of God, hear me and hear me well.  Arise and take back that which has been taken from you lest grave suffering come to be a daily diet.  Destruction is the tool of the Devil.  It falls upon the masses, who adhere to the principles of darkness.  If you will do nothing about it, you give your permission for the Prince of Darkness to proceed to destroy…the guilty with the innocent.  When you are ripe for the picking, as you are now, it is Satan who destroys you, and not God.  If you pursue the works of Satan, you fall into the camp of Satan.

Satan knows that he and his army have no heritage within the Kingdoms of the Higher Realms.  He has no allegiance or loyalty to you and wishes to see you all dead physically and, especially, spiritually.  Now, you have been given the commandments of God to follow.  If you but follow the Commandments of God, you will not fall within the clutches of The Evil One and his followers.

I say awaken and heed the call of those sent among you to spread The Word, The Truth AND The Light.  If you will not listen and fight for your very lives, you will soon have no opportunity.  God has not left you.  You have left God.  The sooner you wake up and realize that God is not out there somewhere, but within you, the sooner you will renew your own kinship.  Quit, I repeat “quit”waiting for others to feed you: Go unto God in prayer and supplication and feed yourself.

Those who call themselves shepherds have lost the way.  They are as blind as are the lot of you.  THEY ARE THE MONEY CHANGERS, WHO GRAB OF THE OFFERINGS FOR THEIR OWN USE.  “Get thee from me, hence”, thus saith the Lord.  Throw out the money changers from your places of worship.  Quit the churches where the idea is to be seen of men.  Cease to go among those who are proud and haughty to partake of the word of God. The same is not of God.  You are better off alone than in the midst of such trouble makers.

Then, go into your government houses and throw out those who have sold your very souls.  Take back your government from the thieves, the favored of the Evil Prince of Darkness. …the ones who call themselves as Zionists are rogue murderers, who further the Antichrist plan of destruction.  It is these very ones who intend to hunt you Godly ones into extinction.

You do not have the time to waste on those who will not act.  You will either act or your freedoms will be forever gone.  Within the laws of the land, go while you have yet time and clean up your government houses from within, lest they be cleaned up by those from without for you are indeed ripe for the picking.

Rise up, precious children of the Light of God.  Take up your wand of Truth and go forth against the evil which threatens to devour you.  Believe no longer the lies foisted upon you.  Tear down the walls of secrecy within your very own government lest your land of freedom be lost forever.  Our hearts cry out for you.

I can only tell you that you must prioritize those things which are of immediate import and of God, the Creator.  You must take an inner determination and stick to the same.  Fight this battle to win it.  If you do not fight you will be inundated with that which you allow to be foisted upon you.  You, as a collective group, are responsible for that which you allow your leadership to throw over on you, the unsuspecting.  If you will not mistaken, then all of you shall suffer–the weak and the strong–the good with the evil shall fall simultaneously.  We can only hope that you all will do that which you must do to awaken the Power of Good within you to take charge of this once great country.  You are, in this sense, your brother’s keeper.  This does indeed place quite a burden upon the shoulders of you who are informed, who will listen and go forth with the Truth.  We can only weep if you will not do the same.

We are come in the service of this ONE and Holy God and in the service of those remnants left behind, and we ask only that you forsake the things of this worldly sphere and that you be willing to release others of all indebtedness as your Father is so willing to do for you.  We ask that you be willing to take up the Word and the Truth of Your Holy Creator unto the forgiveness of all even unto the least of you.  We ask that you fear not that which may await you, for if you come with a humble heart, and willing to do the will of Your Father-Creator, then little ones, you are teachable.  If you are teachable, then all things are possible.  We cannot teach those who insist that the words of God be subservient to the words and works of man.  Thus, you who are of the proud and haughty must go your own way unto your own destination.  For within the fold of the ONE and Living God go those who will humbly submit to the WORD, the TRUTH and the LIGHT of ONE, TRUE, AND LOVING CREATOR.

We will not ask that you give up the material, the things of this world.  You will do so as you come to the understanding that LOVE of the material only leads to a greater unhappiness and a never ending desire for more of the same.  [H: Having, enjoying and using the gifts of God is not the point--the LOVE of these things is that which is deadly.]

Let it be known that we are here in your midst, and we come to take home with us those who are willing to submit to the will of God, those who are penitent for their wrongs, those who hold love and compassion for their fellow man, those who are forgiving and teachable.  We are your teachers.  We are many of your friends from long ages past.

Many of you walk as eternal zombies, as you have denied yourselves the taste of God’s eternal Truths for so long that you have no idea of that which is true.  You have numbed yourself to the Truth because you have chased the dark side for many, many ages.  You have hardened your hearts, such that they look as black and as hard as obsidian.  Yet, for even you, a desire to be teachable could awaken the memory which resides within you, that all of you were originally created of equal soul essence and that within your very being you have a soul memory of this soul perfection. This, I often refer to as, the Divine Blueprint.

Each of you has the Divine Blueprint, and you will come into the memory of this beautiful design when you will first break your own willingness, thus separateness from one another and the God within.  You will come to realize that you are all created of the Essence of God, and in the beginning created of equal and unique essence.  You will come to drop your hates and your prejudices as you will know that God lives within you and within your brethren.  No matter how low your brethren may have fallen, you will come to feel compassion for him, as you will know him to be a Divine Creation lost to his heritage.  Your heart will feel great sorrow for those who are lost.  You will find that you wish to pray for those and to help them find their way instead of cursing and blaming.

Know that all disorder and strife are of Satan, himself.  When you commune with Satan, you will become lost in a whirlwind of confusion.  Like the gingerbread house, Satan will make his causes appear very appealing.  The appeal is as the appeal of the poisonous mushroom.  You eat of it and you may be very ill before you know it is poisonous.  You will not be deceived if you will but follow the instructions God has given you.  But alas, be fearful of many who espouse the truths as the Jim Bakkers of the world, for they can be bought or sold for the monetary.  The same are not of God, the Father.

You must learn that you need no one to intervene on your behalf, and if someone of the cloth espouses the same, you are being lied to.  Do not be so gullible as to believe that you need another human being to intervene on your behalf.  In this way, many, many of you have landed under the foot of Satan.

Remember your heritage: that you are all, at the center, Divine, and thus Holy Beings.  Oh how sad that you have forgotten this Truth.

You must be appraised of those, however, who have become evil as they are almost totally lost to the Antichrist cause.  These have fallen deep into the Antichrist war and on the side of the Antichrist.  Be not deceived by the same.  You are the ones who must be wise as the fox, as it is the foxes’ game of which you must be apprised.  Go in the Light and shine Light on these evil and dark deeds and these ones shall lose power over you.

We weep for the lot of you.  You are our brethren of Sacred Creation, yet you wallow in filth and denial.  We hold great compassion for you, yet there is not one whit we can do to change you, as you must remember that, to each of you, there is given the right to choose.  Will your choice be to humble yourselves unto the Word of the Almighty Creator, and thus change your course of destruction?  Or will you, through your own choices, continue down the river of eternal darkness?  You must know that you will break yourself if you are to be broken.  You will break yourself with your own choices.  But even the wildest of horses cannot be broken at times.

Large numbers of you fight, when to submit brings peace and joy.  You continue to feed the ways you have entertained through many lifetimes, even though these have never worked and never will.  All you rebellious ones have to do is to cease to resist the loving hand of The Father, The Creator of all.

Why must you garner yourselves round about with all manner of darkness and hate, one for the other, in that you must entertain all manner of separateness?  You establish churches among yourselves about which church is greater or better than the other.

You are blinded by the reflection of the material world.  Love of the material has caused you to curse one to the other.  Love of the material has caused you to harbor among yourselves preachers, who preach not the word of God for love, but for praise from your fellow man and for the reason of gaining of power one over the other.  I ask you, “Are you not each a minister one unto the other?  Were you not created to love and minister unto the hurting in your midst?”

You, precious children, are created to be sacred and beautiful temples of God, the Creator.  For whom do you build giant edifices?  I say not unto your God, Creator.  Why is it that you construct such monstrosities when there are hungry and lost within your very cities?  Will you take such edifices to the beyond?  You have been told the futility of the same.

Have you not read your scriptures?  I say not!  The lot of you go hungering for The Word, and you wish to be fed from corrupted streams!  Do you not realize that you are what you take into your body?  If the food be rotten, then you become sick with the rot.  If the water be impure, then you will suffer.

You are lost, precious children, and the hour of your awakening is near.  The greatest number of you are very near to finding out the Truths about who you are.  And I say to the lot of you, and listen well–your earth awaits grave natural and man-made disaster.  The greatest number of you will not survive it.

Awake and take back your government from the most vile machine ever to invade the space of your earth within recent history.  You are all but gone. You must needs clean the government in Washington from top to bottom.  The lot of these evil men have sold your souls for a tinker’s toy.

If the lot of you allow yourselves to fail under this New World Order, then this you must endure.  While you could have done something, you have slept. Think not that you have not been warned.  The Truth has come to you from many sources.

GOD’S ARMY WILL HAVE ONLY, THEREIN, THE VALIANT.  The sleeping will not fight therein.  Will you continue sleeping, those among you who are sleeping?  And are you sleeping because you have not been given the Truth or because you do not wish to know the Truth?

Which are you, a sheep or a goat?  We know which you are.  Do you?  If you say that you will not fight in the army of God, The Creator, then I say unto you that you have already enrolled into the army of Satan, and you fool none other than yourself.  And thus you make your choice.  We have known that a great majority of you will wish to sleep.  Your choice is painted upon you.  “Those of you who suffer all manner of persecution for my namesake”, thus saith the Lord, “shall not go unrewarded.”

Precious Children, we are here in your service and thus in the service of Almighty God, The Creator.  You, who will listen, I beg you to listen. You, who will see, I beg you to open up your eyes and see.  We cannot do that for you which you must do for yourself.  Our love for you is indescribable.  We shall not say more except to remind you that we are come, and in our very midst is Jesus, The Christ.  To this end, you are given to receive thus.

Blessed Children, it is I, Master Jesus, as you call Me. I hold you in My arms when you know it not.  I reach down and I pick you up into My own bosom when you cry out to Me.  I rock your children when you know it not.

You have a decision upon yourselves.  It is a mighty decision.  Will you choose Truth and Light which is of God, or will you choose deceit and lies, which are of Satan?  You who curse Me, your cries ring into the heavens and beyond.  Do you not know that you curse your very selves, for within you I am?  We are created of the same essence.  We are created as we may all be, as the Creator–that we may all be free.  Why have you forsaken Me?  Did you not believe that I would return for you?  Oh, you precious children of little faith.

I cry unto our Father and I beg that you be given more time–and that you be given a greater understanding.  I cry unto our Father that We be allowed to intervene (in some manner acceptable unto Thee).  I shall tell you, My precious children, the 12th hour is upon you and many of you shall endure great disaster and tragedy, from within and without.  For those of you who have faith unto Me and My Word, know this: I am returned, and for My people have I returned.  Blessed Children, know that for you I have prepared a place.  Therein is a total peace.  There is joy and security.  You will grow to be a ripe old age, therein, with happiness and love in your hearts, one for the other.

But for those of you who will not love, who will not love the God within yourself and the God within your brethren, in no wise can you love Me, for I am within you and you are within Me.  Therefore, I beg of you, that you let go of all hate, malice and malcontent, that you reach out unto your brethren, and where there is hate give love, where there is malice plant joy and goodwill.  For I can tell you that if you harbor all manner of hate and animosity, I reserve no place for you within this new home.

I am Jesus, The Christ, Jehovah, and you must realize that I come quickly.  Blessings upon you little children.  Now, go and do as I ask and hold up and nourish your brethren.  Precious children, many starve for the love of a fellow being.  Share with all who will listen that Jesus, The Christ is come and among yourselves rejoice for the hour of reckoning is at hand.

With those of us who have eyes to see, and can discern truth from fiction, can see that north america is basically under weather attack…. as is the whole world mind you, but this is getting very serious.

Chemtrails…. HAARP, planetary cloudseeding….scalar, even wifi and am/fm radio can cause drought as it did when am radio waves were unregulated.

I now think I understand why God does not always heal people who pray for healing.  Suppose a manwere to beat his head against a wall, and while doing so he would pray to God:  “God, I have a terribleheadache, please heal me!”  Bang, bang, he continues to beat his head against the wall.  Do you think Godwould answer that prayer?  What if someone eats garbage and gets sick, then prays for God to heal him,without changing any of his bad health habits and bad diet.  Will God heal him?  Yes, sometimes, in Hismercy, He will.  More often though, the plain facts are He will not.  What good would it do to heal theperson if he continues to bang his head against the wall or otherwise continues in his bad habits?  He wouldjust get sick again, and probably accuse God.  If God always healed people who prayed for healing, thenwe would live in an unrealistic chaos in which we would be free to live on pizza and ice cream or eatanything we wanted.  God would have to suspend His Own health laws.

I am Aton, The One Light, come to instruct for these closing chapters of The Great Play now upon your world. Much is set to unfold in rapid sequence and many are those who will be shocked into a state of paralysis (because of their lack of awareness and preparation) by the turbulence of that which they shall witness and experience in this unfolding of events.
Be at peace, you who acknowledge and take within these messages of Higher Guidance, for you are being given that which you will need, in the way of instruction, to meet and surmount these challenges ahead. Many will be those who then ask YOU for guidance in the moments of desperation amidst the chaos.
You are not alone who feel restlessness, unease, and uncertainty in a confused world. Many are the ones who are about expressing their inner turmoil in ways destructive to the enhancement of en-Light-ened man of the next century. Therefore, many there will be who will thereby bring upon themselves the decay and degeneration and destruction of body, mind, and possibly even soul, out of self-created choosings amidst an existing technology base which indeed does allow for the dissolution of soul material itself.
How do you avoid or counteract the state of confusion? Be ever at peace with your inner core. In doing so, you can better hear and receive of Higher Guidance which shall meet personally be given from WITHIN.
This is essentially an effort to maintain a condition of Love, in harmony with oneself, though this usage of the word (love) is admittedly foreign to the general conceptual vocabulary of late-twentieth-century man on Earth. This state of attunement can be likened to having one foot planted solidly on hard ground, and the other anchored in etheric space, where physical matter ceases to exist. BALANCE between the things of Earth-matter, and those of the Spirit non-matter, must be sought.
Ones continually get caught up in the temptations that lure ones from their chosen path. This is fine, until the Higher Self begins to enhance the sometimes painful lessons needed to overcome self-imposed spiritual stagnation. This state of spiritual stagnation pervades your planet (that is, the people on your planet) as a whole at this time, and thus the great currents of rebalancing swell up to manifest that which must play out. Otherwise, man becomes so lost in the material that forward soul movement is replaced with either stagnation or, worse yet, retrograde development.
Ones rarely access Me, within, to soothe their emotional and mental states, preferring to seek that which is exterior or outside of themselves for the balanced upliftment that can only be found within. Such is the plight of man and such is the free-will choosing that shall manifest much that shocks many into recognition of their errors. As your Earth saying puts it: There are no atheists crouched among the terrified behind a bunker or in a foxhole. Indeed! Yet such is the “pound of cure” that Earth-man often chooses over the “ounce of prevention” route.
I say to man of Earth: release of thy fears and insecurities. Seek to find Me, within the center of your being. I am ever with you, waiting for the moment you shall return to the sanctity of your Source.
Life physical MUST be counter-balanced with movement toward soul advancement. Otherwise, man will perish for lack of sustenance.
Many ones are now intuitively seeking wholeness in various departments of life. Health and fitness, meditation, and self-help seminars are just a few of these pursuits. However, soon the discovery of the Inner Connection shall be made. And once this comes about, a revolution in thinking will likewise also come about.
As ones get nearer and nearer to this unconscious goal that is within ALL, then an outer extension of this inner connection will manifest in the world. You may liken this to a condition of Radiant Peace–manifest and bathing all the Earth-life with a most electrically intense and tangibly physical impact. The dynamics and consequences of such a global condition the Elite of your planet fear greatly, as they cannot function (or control YOU in their Earth-bound, fear-predicted ways) when you are functioning under such a radiant intensity of Peace, manifest FROM WITHIN!
Such is what is SOON to take place. This will begin the turning around of your beloved planet. This is precisely the mechanism involved in the upliftment of a civilization undergoing a cyclic shift toward the higher-frequency ranges.
This, too, is what the Photon Belt denotes. That is a term for the steady but gradual intensifying of Light–My Light. At first this Light shall enter the periphery of your solar system. Then, later on, by 2010, such will begin to bathe and saturate all that is on and within your planet with high-frequency Light.
Under such a high-frequency condition, the materially-oriented (low-frequency) Elite of your world hope to somehow survive. This will not be the case!
Only ones who can match and mesh with the incoming elevated frequencies will survive into the next century. None can sustain who belong to the lowest frequency ranges that describe the evil (that which is not God) on your planet. Such was My promise to the people of Earth, stated many centuries ago! And so shall it become the dawning reality.
Many are the events that will take place that will take place leading up to the millennium and beyond. I come to caution ones of the final days, as prophesied, that you may prepare selves on the inner spiritual level in order to see you through the approaching tribulations.
Many are the ones who will seek falsely, outside of themselves, for that which only I can provide from within. Man of Earth has yet to reconnect with his Inner Divinity that will enable him to find the balance, harmony, and inner peace which he so passionately seeks. That is where these lessons fit into the play of unfolding events at this time.

While there are County, town, village and neighborhood bylaws dealing with purely local matters, the main body of legislation is debated and formulated at Regional level. It so happens that the particular County which has provided the setting for this brief visit to the New Earth is the seat for the Regional Legislature, the equivalent of a former “National” Legislature; it is here that the Regional Legislature conducts its debates and formulates legislation which is then submitted to the Regional Constitutional Executive for verification and ratification. At this point we might briefly review the Legislative Principles and Procedures agreed upon by the Peoples of the New Earth.

Government on the New Earth owes much to the experiences of past Earth history and draws upon the best of its ideals. But in essence it is radically different from anything known prior to the “Earth Changes”, and this is due in no small part to the fundamental change in people’s attitudes to one another.

In the New Age people are living on Earth on a higher evolutionary plane. Their own minds, bodies and emotions operate at a higher vibratory frequency, as does the world around them. The heaviness of the dense physical plane is gone, the air is lighter, the atmosphere brighter, colors more brilliant, gravity less heavy, and it is generally easier to “get things done”. Man now has many forces and powers at his disposal, ranging from the almost free and limitless generation of electrical power, to the ability to electronically re-formulate the atoms of matter into new materials and shapes.

The physical “lightness” is paralleled in people’s attitudes to themselves, their environment and to one another. There is no feeling of suspicion towards strangers, as their true intentions and thoughts are plainly visible in their auras. There is therefore a general feeling of relaxation, no awareness of life as a competitive game in which the “strongest” gets the prize. Aggressive competition is considered anti-social and wasteful, and people prefer to cooperate in a joint creative effort to enhance the goods and services they offer one another as well as the whole natural and built environment in which they live. There is a pervasive sense of warmth and affection between all people, those one knows, and those one has never met before, but whom one immediately treats as if they were part of one’s own family. And this extends throughout the whole of Creation – animals and plants are not excluded!

Yet at the same time people hold one another’s privacy in deep respect. No one would approach or address someone sitting quietly and clearly in meditation or deep in thought. People speak quietly and conduct themselves politely in public, and in homes there is always mutual caring yet without any interference, judgment or criticism. People are careful not to impose upon one another in any way, and this is particularly reflected in their Political Institutions. There is no contradiction between openness and privacy; both are aspects of the mutual respect in which people hold one another and their environment in the New Age.

This attitude of mutual respect for the lives of others and for the whole of Creation is reflected in the Principle which guides politics and social affairs in the New Age. Throughout the New Earth, individuals, communities and society generally accept without question the principle of “mutual respect” as the overall guiding code of personal moral-behaviour. In the more formal area of Political Administration, this becomes the Principle of Liberty, which states simply that“We should all be free to do whatever we like, as long as we do nothing which harms or imposes upon others”. In this way, Liberty for all is maximized.

Fortunately people no longer wish to harm one another, but Government is nonetheless considered necessary as a service providing useful advice on correct social, environmental and commercial conduct, so that any possibility of imposition may be avoided.

The structure of government begins at the top with the Principle of Liberty, recognized and accepted as an expression of the Highest Wisdom and the Fundamental Laws of the Universe in their application to social conduct. This Principle enshrined as the basis of the Constitution, regulating Government as well as the People, is the one and only Law which has validity and authority. All else, the procedures of Government, Legislators, Administrators, and the whole body of Legislation itself, together with the Judicial and Enforcement Agencies… all is subservient to and derives authority from the Principle.

A Planetary Constitution sets out the very broad implications of the Principle of Liberty as Legislative guidelines, as well as general rules of administrative conduct to be strictly observed by Government. A Constitutional Executive at Planetary level has ultimate responsibility for ensuring, through the continuous monitoring of Legislation, that the Principle is consistently observed.

The Principle and Constitution are accepted universally throughout the Planet. But the process of Interpretation, through which the Principle is applied to the changing pattern of everyday events and conditions to produce Legislation, is normally undertaken at Regional/National level to facilitate greater public involvement and allow for any appropriate variations to suit local conditions.

The definition of the Principle of Liberty as now accepted by all New Earth inhabitants, is very precise and clear.

Inherent in this concept is a “presumption of liberty”, a presumption that everyone is free to do whatever they like within their own path of evolution. The only qualification is that one’s actions should not harm or actively impose upon others, either fellow Humans, other living creatures, or the environment.

The Legislative process is initiated when it is claimed or established that an actual or proposed action by one person or party constitutes an imposition upon the Liberty of another or others. In this case protective legislation is required.

An imposition upon individual Liberty can also be caused by an existing Law which is not specifically protective or which extends beyond simple protection of Liberty, thus initiating its own imposition. In this case the Law in question must be modified or repealed.

Only when the perceived imposition has been identified and either eliminated or minimized can the Legislative process be considered as completed.

The need for a new Law, or the repeal or amendment of an existing Law, can be set in motion by several different participants in the Interpretive/Legislative process: by professional Legislators who are constantly monitoring events and seeking to minimize imposition; by the Legislature’s Representatives who maintain a continuing contact with citizens on a local basis; by alert individuals; or by the many Special Interest groups.

Although each County has up to ten political Representatives whose job it is to maintain a contact between citizen-customer and the Regional Government, most people consider themselves “represented” in the Legislative process through their membership in one or several of the many Special Interest Societies.

There are literally hundreds of Special Interest Societies around the Region representing every shade of interest, opinion and expertise from civil liberties to environment and transport. These Societies or groups frequently represent an assemblage of considerable expertise, of informed users or consumers, retired professionals, and people devoted to their respective causes. The Societies are genuinely democratic in that they are supported by the subscriptions of Members and are thus responsible to the Members and responsive to their needs. If they fail in their purpose they simply “die” through lack of subscriptions and support. Conversely, as new issues and new concerns develop, new Societies are formed. Citizens can rely on their Societies to monitor Legislative Proposals in their specific area of interest, and to draw Members’ attention to any need for action. People generally take an active interest in their environment, Commercial Law and the maintenance of Liberty, and most will belong to several different special interest groups, the choice reflecting individual interests.

These groups are not necessarily politically oriented. The Ramblers’ Association for example normally occupies itself with path maintenance, providing way-shelters for walkers, and advising on itineraries. But the Association will also monitor any Legislation which has a bearing on its Members’ use of trails and pathways, their location and maintenance. Young people are also encouraged to be active in political matters; all schools and educational establishments have their own debating societies which frequently contribute to Regional legislative debates.

Recognition of these Societies and special interest groups as participants in the Legislative process has greatly improved participation and contributes constructively by bringing information and expertise which might otherwise be excluded. However these Societies do not act as, and would certainly not want to be seen as “pressure groups”. Their object is not to push their own interests at the expense of others’, but rather to ensure that every viewpoint is considered, and that all available expertise is brought to bear. The motive for joining is enthusiasm for the subject; the motivation for participation in the legislative proceedings is a love of and deep respect for Liberty.

Also represented in New Age Legislative proceedings are animals and the environment.

The natural resources are not “owned” by people. The land and total natural environment belongs to Mother Earth, who permits Humans to use it for as long as they need to do so provided that they use it respectfully. The Principle of Liberty applies equally here too: use the land, but do not use it in ways which are harmful to Mother Nature, or to other Humans or lifeforms. This is reflected in practical terms throughout the Legislative and Resources-use Planning procedures.

The natural environment, the totality of natural resources that constitutes Mother Earth, is recognized in the Constitution and in all legislative proceedings as a Legal Entity in its own right, represented by Counsel. The Natural Environment has its own rights of respect, protection and husbandry, and all proposed uses of natural resources must be considered from the Environment’s own unique standpoint. The Planetary Being, Gaia or Mother Earth, is always consulted before any major surface changes are to be made, such as tunneling, mining, change or damming of waterways, etc.

Similarly, animals and other lifeforms are also represented by Counsel, to ensure that their rights to live their own lives in their own way are at all times respected.

When a Legislative Proposal has been thoroughly debated and all sides have been heard, a draft Law will be formulated by the professional Legislators of the Legislative Service. The staff members however are not “career politicians” in situ for life. They are academics, writers, researchers and activists from the political, economic and constitutional fields, sometimes simply ordinary citizens who feel they might have a fresh outlook to contribute. These people join the Legislative Service at their own request or by invitation for a period of three years. A second term is not normally served concurrently, though a Member may return after a minimum of four years’ absence. In this way, a “club” atmosphere with its own narrowly defined outlook is avoided; fresh thought is brought in regularly. Members of the Service are paid according to standard remuneration scales, and “expense accounts” do not exist.

If the Draft Law thus formulated is agreed by all concerned parties as being the most accurate possible reflection of the Principle of Liberty, it will be passed as a proposal to the Regional Constitutional Executive whose specific responsibility is to ensure that the process of its debate and formulation was conducted in accordance with constitutionally defined procedures, and that the proposed Law accurately reflects the Principle of Liberty.

The purpose of Law, any law, is to prevent or to minimize a specific and clearly identified imposition. If the Law succeeds in this aim it will be passed; if it falls short, or if it exceeds its aim thus initiating a new imposition, it must be sent back for revision.

Following Verification by the Regional Constitutional Executive, Legislative Proposals are passed to the Administrative, Justice and Enforcement Agencies for application and are published for public information. Only then do Legislative Proposals become formally enacted and gain the “Force of Law”.

It is extremely important that Administrative and Enforcement Agencies should not themselves distort the Law in any way, and that their personnel should conduct themselves correctly. It is the duty of the Regional Constitutional Executive to monitor the Administrative and Enforcement Agencies continuously in order to ensure that their conduct complies at all times with the provisions of the Constitution.

Enforcement in the sense of advisory administration is in general all that is necessary; this will include for example inspection of weighing and measuring devices used in retail trade, or hygiene standards employed in the preparation of food for public consumption. Actual physical force similar to the Police Forces of the Old Age must of course be available to protect the public against willful lawbreakers, though such cases are rare.

The Legislative process also provides for the review of any law at any time either by the Legislature or by the Regional Constitutional Executive, when so requested by the Administrative, Judicial or Enforcement agencies. This may be occasioned when the detail of a law is found to be ambiguous or impractical in application.

The various Regional Constitutional Executives coordinate regularly at planetary level through a Supreme Planetary Constitutional Council in order to ensure consistency in law wherever possible.

Government is simpler in the New Age since it deals purely with Legislation. Community welfare, health and education services are operated as “Essential Public Services” on a normal commercial basis, though under particularly strict oversight by government, subject of course to all the normal Quality Laws, Price Evaluation and so on. In its now simplified, purelyLegislative and Enforcementfunctions, Government can be more carefully controlled, its activities and their efficiency more closely monitored. And of course, its operating costs place a much lighter “Tax” burden on its citizens!

One important aspect of New Age “Government” is that in no respect is it outside the law. Whatever laws are deemed necessary for citizens and business apply with equal validity to the Government. The Government is required to serve its customers, to maximize liberty, and to conduct its operations with the maximum efficiency and thus minimum cost. Employees of the Government are paid according to the Standard Evaluation System and are given no special privileges. Like any other business, the Government is not permitted a deficit on its current account. The Government is equally subject to Regional Optimum Standards in every aspect of its business conduct, and is required to produce a quarterly Total Performance Audit.

The Regional Constitutional Executive is responsible for monitoring the productive efficiency and financial accounting of all areas of government. Government performance is also monitored by two independent commercial Planetary Rating Agencies which publish twice-yearly audits covering the quality of Law, the resulting Liberty, customer satisfaction and operating costs for all the Regional governments. Both these Agencies are widely respected and their audits carefully studied; any Regional Government whose performance is down-rated suffers a severe blow to its reputation, and even in the New Age, “heads can roll”! Generally however, the strong personal motivation of service backed by strict regulations and continuous monitoring ensure that high standards are maintained.

A political idea which circulated from time to time in the Old Age was known as “Anarchy”. This concept, and the “Anarchists” who promoted it, suffered from an inherent contradiction. On the one hand, anarchy means “without law” and in a state of lawlessness public misbehavior would clearly and quickly escalate. Even in the New Age, when “enforcement” is barely necessary, legislation is still needed as advice on proper political conduct. On the other hand, Anarchists believed that no person has the right to set him- or herself above others and to rule others. In the New Age this contradiction is resolved. The apparatus of Government exists to debate, formulate and if necessary enforce laws for the guidance of citizens; but in no part of the process is one person set above another. Laws do not originate from an autocratic individual, nor from people be they in a minority or a majority. Laws in the New Age originate from a Principle. The Supreme Law to which all procedures and all people both in and out of government are subject is a Principle, namely The Principle of Liberty. A Principle, not a Person or The People, is the source of Law in the New Age.

And Democracy? New Age political analysts observe realistically that contrary to the widespread belief of their twentieth-century predecessors true Democracy never really existed, for true Democracy, or power to the people, can only be said to exist when all of the people are of one mind, not just the Majority imposing its will on the weaker Minority! In the New Age the Principle of Liberty is universally accepted; thus the process of interpretation is truly “Democratic” in that everyone is agreed on the same objective. No one wishes to harm a fellow Human, another living creature or the environment; no one wishes to gain wealth or benefit at the expense of another’s loss; no one wishes to seek self-advantagement through the disadvantagement of others.

Government in the New Age is thus a true Democracy in that all of the people support that Principle, together with its accurate interpretation and application.

The Principle of Liberty, also known within the personal moral-behaviour code as thePrinciple of Mutual Respect is the single source of law guiding all social and commercial conduct, and the use of natural resources. It is a formal expression of the pervading New Age attitude of respect for others. The adoption of this Principle in the New Earth is a reflection of Mankind’s new attitude in which individual enterprise and creativity benefit both creator and community, rather than the enterprise of the Old Age which so often benefited self at the expense of others. This change of orientation from Self to Community in turn reflects the new direction as Humanity begins its return to Unity.

From the extreme density of matter and the depths of conflict brought into being by Mankind’s self-centeredness, the New Earth’s people are now emerging to walk the “Shining Golden Path” of harmonious unity with all of Creation, leading ultimately to the completion of their first long and difficult evolutionary cycle “At the Right Hand of the Creator”, now endowed with the depth of wisdom gained through the full experience of evolution.

The story of Gods in the Making will thus be completed. Then a new Chapter will begin.

This is a time for you when all of the old stuff that has been laying dormant is coming back to life enough to stimulate some unwanted emotions as it moves on out and away from your ascending energies. It is a matter of being able to recognize this and to see it as something that you can endure and that you will feel much more refreshed and lighter from the experience once it is released. Also, we are here for you in the process.

One way that you can add to the ease in which it happens is to allow yourself to take it easy when you feel like it, to sing, dance, laugh, cry, sit in contemplation and walk in the sunshine, or the shadows of the forest. Anything it takes to be able to feel the love of Mother Nature as she beams her beauty to you in a healing embrace will speed up the clearing. You will then realize how wonderful these times are and what it means to be undergoing this metamorphosis. It is as if a new life is being born, and it is a wonderful time for all of you.

As this takes place on a personal level, it also is spreading across the globe and taking the old stuff into a ball of light as it drifts on out of the body of Mother Earth to be forever released and transformed to that of pure light in potential for a return in benefit to all who are in its path. What this energy will be undergoing is the same thing that is taking place with the energy that is released from your physicalness, as well as on your soul level. It is being transformed to that of a purity of creation that will be as much a part of the whole as anything else in the universe.

As the old stuff is released, being pushed out by the increasingly powerful energy of Love, the old fear based energy cannot remain, and it is sent out into its new way of being. You are seeing what takes place on an atomic level, as well as any other level of creation that is. This is what the journey back to antimatter beingness is all about. This is what you have called forth and it is taking place at an exponential rate.

As the crystalline energy throughout the body of Mother Earth awakens and begins its transmission with the universal communications it is relaying information to all of the energy that is undergoing the transformation that is necessary for the ascension process to go smoothly. All of the components of the process are in sync with one another, and as the communication continues you will be tuning in more and more, and this will begin in earnest your ability to telepathically communicate with all of life once more. You will find this more and more as you release the old stuff that is leaving you.

What will your life be like in the times to come? It will be trouble free and it will bring to you a sense of ease and joy. You will find at first that you will feel like you are dreaming and that you will wake up anytime and be back in the old world. This will lessen as you more fully open and as it feels less and less that way, it will be more and more as if you are finally returning ‘home’ after a long journey through life. You will then begin to see how you can build your new world and what it will be like to see your world in a state of euphoria. It will become the natural way of being.

There will come a time when you will remember less and less about the feelings and emotions of today. It will be a matter of living the present emotions and feelings of positivety and only remembering the information that it was different once long ago. It will be a vague memory of the knowledge that it was different from what it is at this time that is coming that I speak of.

It will be as sitting in on a class of history where you know that it was part of the process that you undertook in order to be where you are today. That is the value of this whole experience. It is a learning that you have undertaken and it will be of value in the coming times. You will be able to build your new world knowing how it is best done and how you can bring all of your wisdom and understanding into the building of your new world on planet earth and elsewhere in the universe.

You are the builders of a whole new way of being, my dear ones, and as you go through the process that is ahead of you, at times it will be as if in one moment it was that the process is ahead of you, and then in the next moment it will be as a memory and you will have the knowledge that it gave you to put into use as you take the next step and the next.

It is a time of joy for all of you, for as you realize more deeply that you are creating a miracle in your lives, you will also know that it is no accident; that you are capable of doing anything that you desire and can fathom in your Mind of Minds. You do this through your hearts and souls, dear ones, and as you do it, is written on the wind and through the annals of time the rewards that are surfacing and coming your way in every moment of existence for the rest of your evolving lives.

Corporations were first created by the opium traders….they got china addicted to opium (has anything changed?) and needed to  ”legitimatize” their wealth, so that genocide capitalism could be born…okay I need to be more clearer …ELITE MADE TONS OF MONEY DOPING THE MASSES (OFTEN WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE), AND THEY NEEDED TO LEGITIMATIZE THEIR CRIME DOLLARS. Now today nothing has changed, except we’re in the present day moment, where corporations regularly genocide people.  Sometimes this happens in everyday items….like, how many people read and know their shampoo bottle labels?  Imagine how many years you’ve shampooed your hair, and let the chemicals leech into your bloodstream and brain?  Just imagine, and you will come to understand the power corporations have over you.  You have been seeded with a cocktail of over 100000 chemicals, including radioactivity, and yet billions still feel that detox is no big deal.  Folks, I’m not here to judge, I’m here to be a messenger to evolve myself, and to contribute to the upliftment of humanity.

1. Phosgene gas:  Apparently the us government has gone so evil that it may be disposing of biological weapons of war along tectonic plates.

2. Magnetic pole shift:  apparently our magnetic poles are shifting so much that some airports are needing to move their runways.

4. HAARP: the evil weather modification antennas that are destroying our planet slowly

5. Cell phone towers:  Slowly radiating all who live within a few blocks radius.

6. Bursts of sun radiation coming in through our earth’s thinning layers of protection.

The discussion going on about Mother Earth birthing into her new dimension was of interest to me and whether or not the humans at this time could reverse the tipping of the axis of Mother Earth causing evacuation.

I need to make a clarification at this po

int. When I penned the Phoenix Journals through radio transmission to Dharma, I spoke at length about Earth Shan and her birthing into a new dimension. What I was emphatic about was the fact that Mother Earth is going into a higher dimension, as she was granted her freewill choice. Four billion years of suffering through the ravages of the unenlightened have been a great travail for her, and she asked to go into a higher dimension. This she has earned, and it has been granted as such by Creation/Creator Source. This is a fact. There have been many civilizations on your orb, all of which were started over by a tipping of the axis and a sweeping away of the dark ones and the lifting off of the enlightened to safety, to again return on her surface and start all over again. 

Again, the enlightened ones, as well as any others, are welcome to step into our beam of light to be lifted to safety during Earth Shan�s axis shift and her birthing to a new dimension. This is stated over and over in the Phoenix Journals.

This last Grand Experiment #3 ended on August 17, 1987, and at that time Shan was given the approval of Creation to proceed to her new birthing. This is a fact. The humans that have resided on Mother Earth were to have lived in peace and harmony and would Ascend with her. That was the Plan; however, the humans on your planet have not lived in harmony and peace, but indeed, have had innumerable wars, conflicts, which have dragged on into your present day. It has culminated with the most fierce of all weapons that could not only destroy Earth Shan, but rip the fabric of the Cosmos. The use of these horrible weapons against other humans (and Earth) has been denied, however, Mother Earth is proceeding with her cleansing of the evil and dark energies that have accumulated on her by the Dark Ones. Also, you know, that by denying anything as such, and hiding your head in the sand does not excuse you from not being a part of this horrendous plan to end life on Earth. Nay, indeed, complacency is guilt.

I have a return of inquiries: “I missed something, who are the Pharisees as used by you in recent writings?  Most all, except the unindoctrinated children, know who the Pharisees were in the Biblical “times”.  They were the “evil brood” then and they are the “evil brood” now.  The Pharisees are members of an ancient Jewish cult (sect) that accepted the Mosaic and then the Zionist Talmudic law as well as the oral traditions and rituals associated with it, and emphasizing strict attention to the rituals of atonement, i.e., Kol Nidre (Vow of All Vows).  These are considered “formal”, sanctimonious, hypocritical persons who were denounced in the time of Emmanuel by Emmanuel.
